Biography:

               Chun-Yuan Lin was born in 1977.  He received a B.S. degree in Information Engineering from Feng Chia University in 1999, and the M.S.and Ph.D. degrees in Information Engineering from Feng Chia University in 2000 and 2003, respectively.  He joined the Institute of Molecular and Cellular Biology at National Tsing Hua University as a post-doctoral fellow in 2003.  His research interests are in the areas of parallel and distributed computing, parallel algorithms, array operations, and Bioinformatics.  He is a member of the IEEE computer society and ACM.
